Mountain Climbers – This is a move that would help build core strength and tighten the stomach muscles. 20 reps for 4 sets daily for maximum effect.

Jumping Jacks – while jumping jacks is a cardio workout, you cannot only focus on your abs while working out. Jumping jacks get your heart working fast, hence burning calories, which is what you want. Ensure to stretch your hands 20 reps each, 4 sets.

Lying abs Twist – this move is not just an effective workout, but also a way to get a good stretch in your lower back. This is great for the lower belly, as it activates the muscles there for the move. 20 reps on each side, 4 sets.

High Knees – this is another cardio exercise, but you should be looking to burn calories a well as strengthening your abs walls. High knees work your thighs, and abs and also kick starts your heart. 20 reps on each leg, 4 sets. 

Glute Bridges – This not only work your abs, but your butt too. This exercise helps to tighten and strengthen your entire midsection. Your lower abs and lower back, which increases calorie burn in that area. Make sure to squeeze your butt after every lift. 20 reps each, 4 sets
