Over the weekend, Kemi ‘Lala’ Akindoju and Gbubemi Fregene all but broke the internet when they announced to everyone’s surprise that they were getting married on that same day.

The actress and celebrity chef had their traditional engagement ceremony in Lagos surrounded by their family, friends and industry colleagues.

The event which was planned by Funke Bucknor-Obruthe of Zapphaire Events saw the beautiful bride, Lala change into three different outfits.

Both the bride’s Yoruba heritage and the groom’s Niger-Delta heritage were well represented at the event.
