A Quick Tutorial On The Perfect Beef Sauce For Your Sunday Rice

just in case, like me, you’re never in the mood for some elaborate cooking on Sundays but you still want to eat something yummy and healthy, this beef sauce is your best bet.

It’s super easy and fast to prepare and is just perfect for the mandatory Sunday rice.

A quick tutorial on the perfect beef sauce for your Sunday rice via @foodace ???????? Ingredients __ 520g beef (diced or sliced). 1 tablespoon corn flour. 1 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt. 1 tablespoon @foodacespices All purpose seasoning. 1 medium onion (diced). 1 carrot (sliced). 1parsnip (sliced). 1 medium potato ???? (cubes). 2 medium tomatoes (diced. 1 knorr seasoning cube. 2 garlic cloves (crushed and sliced). Scotch bonnet (sliced). Small ginger (grated). 4 tablespoons coconut oil. 1 teaspoon curry powder. 2 spring onions (diced). 1/2 cup of water. _ 1. Season beef with salt , @foodacespices All purpose seasoning and corn flour; combine and leave to rest for about 5 minutes. 2. Heat up oil, add the garlic and ginger. Fry for some seconds, then, add the seasoned meat. Fry until they start to brown. 3. Add the onion, pepper and tomatoes, curry and potato. Stir and allow to fry. Stir occasionally to avoid burning. Frying should take about 7 minutes or once the potato cubes are cooked through. 4. Season with knorr cubes, add water and stir in. Adjust taste by adding more salt or seasonings. 5. Add the rest of the vegetables. Stir in and allow to simmer for couple of minutes or until the vegetables are cooked. Garnish with coriander and serve hot. _
