The Mix and Match trend first started mixing different fabrics together on a clothing and slowly advanced to matching different colours. Now the trend has advanced to mixing different patterns together.
Do not mix different patterns together used to be one of the cardinal rules of fashion but that rule no longer stands in this day and age.
