John Legend and Chrissy Teigen have been together for almost ten years now, but that is all thanks (mostly) to Chrissy’s resilience.
In an interview, the 38-year-old singer said that he tried to call it quits with his now wife, but she wasn’t having any of it. The ‘breakup’ lasted only for an hour and a half.
Speaking about what really happened he said he decided to end things because he felt exhausted but Chrissy didn’t let go.
“I was really stressed and busy I was just like I’d just be happier single right now, and she was like ‘No.’”
Being the cheeky person that she is, Chrissy took to her Twitter to poke fun at her husband while also sharing her side of the story.

It wasn’t a a typical breakup. He was on tour and his voice hurt and he was being a whiny face about everything and so yeah, I was like “no”
