Njideka Akabogu
It’s raining prints in Vlisco‘s new lookbook created by one of Nigeria’s leading womenswear designers, Lanre DaSilva Ajayi.
The lookbook attempts to show the difference colours can make to a design by creating the same designs with two different looks.
There’s a fusion of slits, bell sleeves, dramatic necklines and peplum details on chic pieces created with Ankara prints and an occasional lace fabric.
The looks are modelled by visual storyteller, Asiyami Gold alongside two models.
