Meghan Markle’s Half Sister Might Be On The Next Celebrity Big Brother

Things are about to get a lot more awkward for Meghan Markle. Hot on the heels of having to cut ties with her dad over his inability to stop talking to the press, it looks like Meghan’s sister Samantha Grant might be appearing on Celebrity Big Brother.

While rumors, speculation, and reports that Samantha is set to make six figures for being on the show haven’t been confirmed, she seemed to low-key confirm the news of her casting.

“Why not?” she said when asked about the reports by Inside Edition. “Life is about cashing in. You take opportunities as they arise and hopefully you enjoy the ride and make it as positive as you can. There’s nothing wrong with it.”

Filming of Celebrity Big Brother begins August 17, which gives Meghan just enough time to politely ask/beg her sister not to go on the show. But maybe the Duchess doesn’t have anything to worry about, because Samantha says she has no intention of talking about Meghan anyway.

“The purpose of that show would not be to discuss [Meghan],” she said.

Well we’ll just have to wait and see.
