Last night at the Marie Claire Image Maker Awards, Kylie Jenner took an otherwise ugly dress by Balmain and made it into something beautiful – and that’s how you know a true fashion rock star.

The daring purple number featuring frills and cut-outs that showed off her abs, thighs and a bit of her derriere is off Balmain’s Resort 2017 collection.

She wore her long brunette hair in lose curls cascading down her back, finishing up with heels and a pair of diamond and sapphire earrings.

Kylie was joined on the red carpet by the Creative Director of Balmain, Olivier Rousteing.

The event also served as a girls’ night out as the reality star was joined by her BFFs, Justine Skye and Jordyn Woods.
