A United Kingdom Independent Party (UKIP) leader Henry Bolton, has announced he has broken up with his 25-year-old model Jo Marney after she reportedly made a string of “racist” remarks about Meghan Markle including that the black American royal wife-to-be will ‘taint’ the royal family with ‘her seed’.
The 54-year-old revealed in an interview with Sky News on Monday that the remarks made by his former girlfriend were ‘indefensible’.
“They were made in sort of heat of the moment in a difficult conversation, in a slightly provocative conversation. But they are not defensible in any way.”he added
In a direct message with someone, probably a friend, the model called Meghan ‘just a dumb little commoner’ and ‘a dumb little “actress” no one has heard of’. She also said the duchess-to-be is pushing herself slowly to the top and next it would be a black king. In the message, the model said black people are ugly and when the person she was texting said she was racist, she replied ‘lol so what’.
The conversation has cost her her relationship with the 54-year-old politician who was in a scandal in the past for leaving his wife for her.
Marley has however apologized for her ‘shocking language’ saying her word were ‘taken out of context. She was however ultimately suspended as a UKIP member after her remarks were made public.
