“I Thought My Mother Hated Me” – Funmi Victor-Okigbo Opens Up On King Women (Episode 7)

Kemi Adetiba returns with yet another amazingly inspiring episode of her show, King Women on Accelerate TV.

On this episode, she sits down with the CEO of No Surprises Event Architects and The Wedding Company, Funmi Victor-Okigbo who talked about everything from meeting her husband, Victor Okigbo who she described as the typical bad boy her mother warned her about, to not being an A-student and skipping classes while in University.

Funmi also opened up on her very tough relationship with her mother while growing up and how she used to think her mother hated her.

Losing her mother just 2 weeks after having her first baby also dealt a blow on Funmi and having to deal with all of that made her stay mad at her mum for about a year after she died.
