Tyrese Gibson Under Investigation By Child Services For Allegedly Abusing His Daughter

Tyrese Gibson is reportedly being investigated by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services after his ex-wife Mitchell claimed he beat their 10-year-old daughter Shayla so hard she couldn’t sit down.

According to TMZ, she is trying to get a permanent restraining order to stop him from physically abusing their daughter, she also wants full legal custody because she is worried he will take their daughter to Dubai and not return.

However, the actor claims he didn’t beat her that much and only struck her once on her bottom, adding that his ex-wife is bitter that he got married again.

His Lawyer,Terry Levich Ross also denied the claims “She’s a lying piece of s***. Tyrese is devastated. He’s a good guy and I will prove that.”
