Yesterday pictures of Selena Gomez and The Weeknd kissing and getting cuddly while out on a late dinner date surfaced on the internet causing a heavy buzz from internet users with a good majority of the singers’ fans cheering them on.

But guess who wasn’t so happy with the pictures? The Weeknd’s ex, Bella Hadid. And there is an explanation for her angst – Bella’s sister, Gigi Hadid is (until recently, maybe?) one of Selena Gomez’s BFFs (they all belong to Taylor Swift’s infamous girl squad) so Bella probably felt that, by extension, Selena is her friend too.

The model couldn’t hide her disappointment as she quickly unfollowed Selena on Instagram after the pictures began circulating online.
