Chimamanda Adichie Joins Nicki Minaj, Amy Adams & More On The Cover Of T Magazine’s “The Greats Issue”

T, The New York Times‘ style magazine has released seven covers for its ‘2017 The Greats’ October issue. The edition features Nicki Minaj; the writer, Chimamanda Ngozi – Adichie; and five others that include artist Claes Oldenburg, a composer Stephen Sondheim, fashion designer Dries Van Noten and actor Amy Adams.

Nicki Minaj, who was interviewed while getting ready for Alexander Wang‘s New York Fashion Week Show, was described as a ‘petite wonder.’

Adichie, who was interviewed by Dave Eggers, was described as ‘the rare novelist to become a public intellectual.’

As expected, the women spoke about the challenges they faced climbing up the ladder and dropped hints about the projects they were currently working on and their accomplishments.

For example, ‘Adichie’s books have appeared on thousands of required-reading lists — more or less every American student between 14 and 22 has been assigned her work.’
