Andrea Buera accusing American singer Trey Songz of assault has spoken up at a press conference in Los Angeles saying the singer hit her so hard she got a concussion and vomited.
Andrea who is speaking publicly for the first time gave a tearful news conference, revealing more detail about the alleged incident and requested an apology from the singer.
“I was attending an after-party when Trey began yelling at me, choking me, punching me and ultimately he knocked me to the ground. While I was on the ground he continued punching me and he did not stop until his security guard pulled him off of me,” she said in footage obtained by TMZ. “When I called an Uber, he threw both of my phones over the cliff.”
“I had to go to the hospital because he hit me so hard I had a concussion and was throwing up from the migraines,” she added.
She claims the assault happened on February 17 over NBA All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles and that there were witnesses – Songz’ friends and employees – who stood by and watched as she was beaten, Dailymail reports.
Buera also demanded an apology from Songz and asked those who witnessed the incidence to come out.
She said,’You know what you did, and you know what you did was wrong. To those of you who stood and watched and did nothing, you know what he did was wrong, too. Trey, I’d like an apology.’
Earlier this month Buera was granted a temporary restraining order against the singer.
