A beautiful Friday morning. breakfast time and yes it’s my usual sunny side up eggs and pancakes, passion fruit juice etc (so much for someone who wants to turn vegan). As relaxing as I may look ON SOCIAl MEDIA, these last few weeks have been wawu! Tough….. tough, because I have been blessed with the calling to be the solution and sometimes or most of the time the pressure can be overwhelming. My head spins at the thought of how we all are called to something bigger than we can understand and may not even be equipped to take that role. Or maybe we put these things on our selves and to gratify or justify our actions we say we are CALLED. But here’s my lesson in the last few months. That I don’t need to selfishly be married and want kids when I’m not fully equipped for that role. We forget our kids are the ones who suffer our decisions and life may even be tougher for them than it is for us. No one knows tomorrow. YES, but I’m learning to take advantage of the things I can control. Made that mistake once and won’t make it again. I guess what I’m trying to say is whether baby mama or baby daddy drama or divorce or having more children than we can take care of etc.. let’s also switch roles and think about 30 years from now. Life has just taught me way more than I bargained to learn. Be wise, happy weekend. #kponlongo
