The Awazi Talks Sexual Harassment, Marital Rape & Coerced Consent On 234Star

A few days ago, young Nigerian women between the ages of 19 and 23 took to Twitter to name and shame men who have assaulted them in the past. The calling out session lasted a couple of hours but it was enough to send a strong message out to the abusers that victims will no longer be silent.

Following their brave outcry, 234Star invited Soundcity FM OAP, Awazi Angbalaga, popularly known as The Awazi to our studio to throw light on everything from coerced concert to marital rape, what constitutes harassment and staying friends with people accused of rape among other issues.
