There has been a lot of talk about black American actors, directors, and other movie practitioners in Hollywood boycotting the Oscars, for it’s lack of diversity. From Jada Pinkett Smith, and her husband to Lupita Nyong’o, everyone is buzzing, and it’s not for nothing.

And while many might say that the agitation which is being led by Jada Pinkett Smith is biased (because Will Smith wasn’t nominated for his movie ‘Concussion’), and unfair (Chris Rock is even being pressured to step down as host), it is safe to say underneath it all, they have a point, and this video explains why.
