American Singer Demi Lovato Has Been Reportedly Hospitalized Following A Heroin Overdose

Reports have it that Demi Lovato was today rushed to a hospital following a heroin overdose.

The 25-year-old American pop star was said to have been found unconscious at her home in Hollywood Hills by the police who were responding to a medical emergency call.

According to TMZ, she was treated with Narcan — a medication designed to rapidly reverse opioid overdose — at her home before being transported to a local hospital where she’s currently receiving treatment.

Demi has been very vocal in the past about her struggles with cocaine and alcohol abuse. She celebrated six years of sobriety this past March, but last month, she released a new song, “Sober” on which she revealed that she had relapsed.
