Every first Monday of May, top personalities across the fashion and entertainment space come together for a huge fundraiser for the Met’s Costume Institute. As a part of the event, guests are expected to dress according to theme, and this year’s theme was ‘The Garden of Time.’
The theme is based on J.G Ballards 1962 short story of the same name. ‘The Garden of Time’ tells the story of Count Axel and his wife. The story shows the fact that, at the end of the day, beauty and money cannot stop death.
