In the now-viral video, Buhari was stunned by Ezra’s choice of accessories. However, this is a toned-down version of how Ezra dresses for events.

He wears a lot of African prints and graphic clothing. His Androgynous nature allows him to explore different clothing styles regardless of gender. Sometimes he is just the regular tech guy in a simple shirt and trousers, but not without his signature nail polish, accessories, and bold red lipstick.

On Tuesday, October 11, 2022, Ezra Olubi alongside 436 other Nigerians received the National Honours award for their service to the benefit of the nation. The set of orders and decorations are conferred upon Nigerians and friends of Nigeria.

In 2016, he and Shola Akinlade co-founded an E-payment system, PayStack, that became the first Nigerian company to be accepted into the tech accelerator Y Combinator program. In 2022, Stripe, a technology-based company acquired Paystack for $200 million.
