Celebrated Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele has just been unveiled as the new face of Nigerian womenswear brand, Ayo Van Elmar.

Creative Director, Ayo Elizabeth Olaogun describes the newly-wed actress as “an exciting muse and a source of inspiration, one who embodies the strength of the African woman and resounds the aesthetics of Ayo Van Elmar.”

The campaign photos for the brand’s SS17 collection sees the multi-award winning actress and star of the Jenifa series, rocking pieces from the new collection.
