The eighth edition of the Nigerian Entertainment Conference (NECLive8) held on Sunday, April 25, and the ladies stepped out in style.
The ladies looked their best, and we must say they brought a spark to the already electric atmosphere at NECLive8. Bolanle Olukanni, the host for the event, wore the ESTELLA dress – a black midi-dress with Ankara-detail skirt and long sleeves, from The Bijou. She paired the look with fish-net styled red bottom heels. She was the picture of elegance as she steered us throughout the conference and the fireside chat.
Nollywood Actress Dakore Egbuson-Akande went sweet with silk in a brown top and blue pant number from Stitches By Laura. The highlight of the look for us was her hair styled by KL’s Naturals in a top knot with a fringe. As she delivered her speech on creating original content for Nigeria to showcase the best of ourselves, her look accentuated her points of putting your best foot forward.
Mercy Eke, the winner of BBNaija Season 4, was another speaker for the conference, a beige turtleneck sleeveless top and matching pants. She paired the look with a white jacket and nude heels. As she spoke on her tenacity and hard work to give her fans quality, which yielded fame that people see now, Mercy looked every bit the boss woman that she is.
NECLive has attracted more than 12,000 physical participants and 20 million viewers and audiences on television and digital for over seven years. This year’s edition of NECLive combined a studio set-up with a live global broadcast. The theme “Building The Future” had the speakers exploring implementable and sustainable solutions to the problems faced by stakeholders in the entertainment industry.
