Nigerian Makeup Artist Bimpe Onakoya To Headline At New York Fashion Week

Nigerian makeup artist Bimpe Onakoya will be headlining a show during the New York Fashion Week. This achievement is the first ever by a Nigerian.

Bimpe is a Creative Director for Maybelline New York and would be creating looks for Laquan Smith, a fashion label that has big names like Beyoncé, Rihanna, Kim Kardashian and Serena Williams among its clientele. She will also be creating looks for Rochambeau and also creating a look for Maybelline It Girl, Adriana Lima.

She has previously worked with big names like, Jason Wu, Philip Plien, Mara Hoffman, DKNY amongst others.
