Nollywood Actresses That Served Major Owambe Style Inspirations At The Palava Movie Premiere

African prints with a mix of modern designs made the rounds on social media on Sunday, November 28, 2022, as Nollywood professionals attended the premiere of the Niyi Akinmolayan-directed film, ‘Palava’.

The film centres on Richard Mofe-Damijo, who played the role of Osa Wonda, a highlife musician whose life turned upside down due to a scandal on the eve of his 60th birthday.

Featuring A-list stars like Bisola Aiyeola, Iyabo Ojo, Eniola Badmus, and Jemima Osunde, amongst others, stars across the industry graced the event dressed like they were going for an owambe.
