Kemi Adetiba in collaboration with Accelerate TV recently launched the first episode of the much anticipated video series, King Women. The series, which hopes to motivate young, ambitious Nigerian women looking for guidance and inspiration, commenced with a highly emotional interview with veteran actress, broadcaster, journalist and cosmetologist, Taiwo Ajai-Lycett.

Many best recall the 76-year-old on popular British sitcom, Some Mothers Do ‘Ave Em (Episode 5), where she acted alongside the famous comic character, Frank Spencer.

In this remarkable and soul-stirring interview, Taiwo Ajai-Lycett discusses being a teenage mother, her sojourn to England in search of greener pastures, marriage and her career in acting.
