Transgender Man Becomes First To Give Birth Living As Both A Man And A Woman

Four years after beginning transition from female to male, 30-year-old Kaci Sullivan has become the first person in the world to give birth while living as both genders.

Kaci previously had one child when he was still a woman and married to her ex – husband but had the baby with his 27-year-old partner of 3 years Steven after he (Kaci) stopped taking male hormones.

Talking about his partner and new baby, he said, “The connection I’ve felt to them throughout my pregnancy has been an incredible privilege and the last nine months have brought my partner and I so close together.”

The couple have not revealed the sex of the child and say the baby will be raised as ‘gender neutral’ till old enough to decide its sexuality.
