Watch Chimamanda Adichie Receive An Honorary Degree From The University Of Edinburgh

Chimamanda Adichie has just added another feather to her cap.

In recognition of her achievements as an author and public intellectual, the acclaimed author was today, awarded an Honorary Degree of Doctor of Letters at the University of Edinburgh.

The award was presented to her by the University’s Principal and Vice Chancellor, Professor Sir Timothy O’Shea at Scotland’s oldest concert hall, St Cecilia’s Hall.
