Ayra Starr loves doll-like looks. It’s evident in every red carpet look. From her iconic archive Mugler dress to the MTV VMAs to her custom Louboutin dress to the Wakanda Forever premiere, she always looks straight out of a Bratz film. It’s no different for the visuals to Crayon’s ‘Ngozi’ directed by Director K.
For her first look, she was styled in a comfortable fur look. It’s simple, but Ayra – mini shorts and crop top combo paired with lengthy bohemian braids. The second look, however, is the belle of the ball as she was styled in the Maison Femalien Aliza Dress.
The $350 dress stands out for its slim-fitting bodice, knot detailing and strapless design that screams Disney princess. She accessorised the outfit with a studded Arabian bracelet.
In tune with the theme of the music video, Crayon styled by Saddboyss, was styled in a crochet shirt that bears a semblance to Bode’s $650 Crochet Overshirt. He soon changed into a two-toned suit accessorised with the ₦70,000 Jack Washington Jackson Wooden sunglasses for his second look.
Ngozi is a track off Crayon’s debut album ‘Trench to Triumph.’ Since the album’s release, the single has amassed over 30 million streams worldwide. The visuals to the single was released on Monday, October 30, 2023.
