It’s the 8th day of March – the International Women’s Day, a day which commemorates the movement of women’s right. In the spirit of this great day, we bring to you 10 fabulous things about being women. Enjoy!
1) We are nurturers
Who does the baby come crying to more often than not? We! Who does the man lean his shoulders on after a hard day at work? We! Whether it’s our children, husband, relative, friend or neighbor, women have the innate qualities to nurture others. We are natural carers, lovers, supporters, protectors, tenders, name it.
2) We make the best market deals
Ever seen a woman bargaining in the market? The good becomes half the price!
3) We make babies
We alone can have the beautiful pregnancy and childbirth experience. For nine months we grow with our unborn baby spiritually, mentally, physically and every way there is. We experience the cute baby kicks too!
4) We have boobs and ass
Yea the men have boobs and ass too but the real deal is ours! Ever purposely wiggled them just because you are feeling yourself? If you don’t know, you don’t know. (winks)
5) We have great communication skills
Most men don’t like talking or it just plain frustrates them when they try to communicate and you don’t get it immediately.
It’s different with us. You want to talk? We have the whole day! Sharing our thoughts and listening to others’ come easily to us.
6) We can have multiple orgasms
Yea men, we alone can have multiple orgasms. Sorry but not sorry!
7) We can do anything to our hair
Weaves, coils, curls, pixie, wig, name it! When it comes to our hair we can do everything and anything. We can even wear the men’s buzz cut and get away with it, far away!
8) We run the world
A lot of us are at top places where affairs are ran. Talk about Linda Ikeji, Mo Abudu, Oprah Winfrey, Michelle Obama, Beyonce, me and then there is the saying, ‘Behind every successful man there is a woman.’ Phew! We just rule!
9) We can wear his clothes but can we say the same for him?
We can sleep over with no extra cloth without breaking a sweat about it because we can rock his clothes and look cool in them. We can’t say the same for him though.
10) We can easily seduce people to do things for us
The can flash a smile and jump a long queue and get the person at the other end to do our bidding. Don’t hate, something about the power of a woman!
