Every time Asake releases a new single, there are a ton of things that catch fashionistas’ eyes. The music star who employed the expertise of Jyde Ajala, the visual storyteller behind the visuals to Olamide’s ‘Trumpet’, ‘Kpe Paso’, Qing Madi’s ‘Why’, and Victony’s ‘Soweto’, among others, showcased Asake’s high fashion side with an attention to detail we’ve not seen in his previous videos.

For the video, Asake wore a $1,129 Schiaparelli padlock necklace in gilded brass with an engraved pendant. He paired the luxury accessory with a simple black long-sleeve bodysuit and his signature baggy jeans.

In the next scene, he wore a more colourful outfit as he wore the $657 Supreme Mesh Jersey Puffer Jacket paired with the same signature baggy jeans accessorised with a four-clover bracelet and the $965 Balenciaga 3xl Chunky Sneakers.

One outfit that we could not help but love was the Louis Vuitton look. He wore the Rainbow Monogram Short Sleeved Denim with the shorts. In the usual Asake manner, he paired the outfit with statement accessories.

With every music video, we are exposed to a more fashion forward and artistic side of Asake and we can’t help but wonder when he would eventually make his debut in the fashion industry.
